Yes, you read that right. Pepper and fear. A much much hotter version of the loved Pepper and Pear Relish. More savoury with a whole bunch of heat from lots of jalapenos, and a little aromatic from cardamom plus a punch of garlic.
This batch has tomatoes too.
Lovely with pâté and other savouries, or as a condiment on things like steak and barbecued food. Great with a cheeseboard. Use it as a marinade. Try adding it to soups and stews to pep them RIGHT up :)
Only slightly sweet, with a lovely savoury garlic aftertaste, this is a condiment you'll be using on just about everything!

Storage
