UK Standard Delivery

Prices

Delivery prices start from just £3.85, and are tiered in 1k weight bands:

• up to 1k £3.85
• up to 2k £5.05
• up to 3k £6.85
• up to 4k £7.70
• up to 5k £8.00
• up to 24k £15.00
• Postage isn't charged on subscription boxes, orders over £25 or orders collected in person.
• Postage isn't charged on local deliveries over a certain value to Fenwick, Ayrshire.
  (Use discount code 'Fenwick' at checkout, or select the 'Local Delivery' option which although charged at £1, does allow other discount codes to be used.)

Local delivery (Specific Kilmarnock and Troon postcode areas)

A £1 Local Delivery option is being trialled on the website and is available to customers using ShopPay as a payment method. It is intended that this will allow local customers to apply discount codes while having low cost delivery. (The website can't accept more than one discount code per order.)

Local pickup (from events and markets)

You can choose to collect your order from an event that everythingCHILLI is trading at. Simply choose this option in the delivery options, and please indicate (either in the Notes section of the order, or by replying to the order confirmation) which event you'll be collecting from. Bring your order confirmation with you to the event/market.

Courier

 

We book orders via Parcel2Go who offer services from a variety of couriers. Their tracking reference can be followed on https://www.parcel2go.com/tracking

Time scale

Deliveries will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days after you place your order, very often sooner.
Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses takes between 3-5 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on the total size and weight of your consignment.
Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm and a signature may be required on receipt.
Unfortunately we may not be able to deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Deliveries to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Scottish Highlands, Grampians, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands & The Republic of Ireland may take longer than UK mainland deliveries.

Additional Delivery Information

If you are not present to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up or have it redelivered.
When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to an address which is occupied through the day, as most couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
Dispatch details will be communicated to you once the order has been processed.

 

Other countries

We cannot accept orders from countries not listed on our 'delivery countries' list.

Discount codes

Discount codes should be submitted by customers on the Checkout page. Codes only included in the 'notes' section of an order will not be applied, and the non-discount prices will remain.
