Discounts and offers
Where will I see the discounts?
All offers and discounts shown on the site will show up in your checkout page (and some will show up in your pre-checkout basket too).
If more than one discount or offer is applicable to a product, the largest discount will be applied to that item.
Adding other discount codes or promotional vouchers
You can apply a code you have by entering it on the Checkout page. (The notes box in the Basket page simply adds a written note to your order which I see when you finalise your order.....so it's great for things like telling me that you'd like to collect your order from an event, but it doesn't apply vouchers or discount codes.)
Discounts and bundle offers not being applied as expected at checkout
Sorry about this. It's a known issue with the app I use to manage the Bundle offers.
To offer a range of discount types, I use two different methods which unfortunately can't be applied to different items in the same basket.
If you find that a Bundle discount is overriding another discount that you'd like to use, try removing the Bundle 'voucher' from your basket. This will remove the bundle discount and allow a different discount to be applied to those items.
(To navigate to your basket from the checkout, click the small blue basket icon in the top left. If it's not present, either use the Back button on your browser, or click on the everythingCHILLI header and then the basket icon at the top right of any product page.)
You might like to submit two separate orders - one for bundled items and another for individual items. I'll send them in the same parcel and refund any overpaid p&p. Cumbersome and tedious I know, but it allows you to get the best price.
Alternatively, please get in touch and I'll manually apply the appropriate discounts to your checkout.
