Your go-to chilli jam – sweet, savoury, and endlessly versatile.
Handcrafted in Ayrshire, this moreish relish is packed with red peppers, tomatoes, and a nice but not toooo hot hit of red chillies, balanced by the warmth of root ginger and a hint of garlic. It’s the perfect medium heat sweet chilli fix – not too hot, not too mild – with a sensible heat level.
It's my ultimate best seller, often sells out at markets and it's the one you come back time and time again for.
You can't have a cheeseboard without it, it loves a slab of cheddar! Use it as a sweet chilli dipping sauce for hot crisp finger food like filo prawns and mini spring rolls. It's a flavour-packed companion for cold meats, fish cakes, hot sausages ... and try it as a glaze on salmon steaks - the fish stays moist in the oven and the relish goes all sticky and caramelised and infuses its flavour.

Storage
As with most preserves, once opened these will keep in the fridge for up to 6 weeks, or unopened until the best before date (usually at least 18 months from purchase date).
