Ginger Goat Hot Sauce was founded in 2021 out of a serious love for spice—with real flavour at its core. Just three months later, we earned a spot on the hit show Hot Ones, bringing our Canadian-made sauces to spice fans worldwide.

Proudly crafted in Waterloo Region, Ontario, our sauces are all-natural, made without thickeners, preservatives, or fillers. We keep it clean, bold, and obsessively balanced—because we believe great hot sauce should be as flavourful as it is fiery.

We're growing fast, but our roots run deep. Every bottle is made with the same small batch mentality that we started with, and it doesn’t earn the Headbutt of Approval until it’s just right.
