Small-batch hot sauce made in Glasgow, Scotland.
Made with intention, fresh ingredients and a whole lot of heart.
This hot sauce is a rich, complex blend of fiery and smoky flavours with a smooth, slightly thickened texture. The fermented scotch bonnet peppers deliver intense heat and a tangy, fruity undertone that’s characteristic of this fiery pepper. The smoke-infused confit garlic adds depth, imparting a mellow smokiness and a sweet, caramelized garlic flavour.
This hot sauce is fiery, smoky and well-balanced, with layers of flavor that will enhance any dish.

Fermented scotch bonnet, chipotle pepper, cascabel pepper, onion, garlic clove, organic cane sugar, organic salt, organic apple cider vinegar, organic sunflower oil, xanthan gum, corn starch
