Hellfire specialises in extreme chilli-head hot sauces but for this one they wanted to create a sauce that everyone could enjoy. 

The ingredient list is amazing and includes fire roasted red jalapenos and tomatoes, cayenne peppers, garlic, onions, cilantro and enough Carolina Reaper peppers to give it a good kick along with a splash of lemon and lime and a touch of sea salt and select spices.

The Rojo is amazing on tacos, burgers, fries, onion rings, chips and even as a cocktail sauce for shrimp.  This is not a melt your face off sauce, it is sauce that you can and will use every day. This is all about flavour and not just heat.

When folks have tried it they say "I don't even like hot sauce but this is so tasty!" Hellfire converted many people with their milder yet extremely tasty hot sauces!
