A vibrant, tangy vegetable relish with a bold hit of chilli – handcrafted in small batches in Ayrshire.
Packed with earthy beetroot, tart apples, a bright pop of ginger, and of course red chillies, this relish brings robust flavour and just a touch of sweetness. It’s rich, hearty, and incredibly versatile.
Pair it with strong cheeses and a glass of full-bodied red, or spoon it alongside mackerel, pork chops, or sizzling sausages. Equally at home on a festive cheeseboard or a Tuesday-night dinner plate of quiche and salad. (Bangin' in work sarnies too!)

Storage
As with most preserves, once opened these will keep in the fridge for up to 6 weeks, or unopened until the best before date (usually at least 18 months from purchase date).
