Fruity relish with chilli (Heat rating 2/5)
A mild twist on the loved Pepper and Pear Relish. Less heat, more tangy, and a little aromatic from cardamom and mixed spice.
Lovely with pâté and other savouries, and even spread on toast. Great with a cheeseboard or grazing platter.
